We are located at 900 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Suite 1350.  An appointment is required.
Our offices are located in the Northwest quadrant of Atlanta, across Interstate Highway 285 from the Galleria and Cumberland Malls.  Circle 75 Parkway runs from Cobb Parkway (Ga. Highway 41) to Windy Hill Road.

Please note that directions and exit instructions change, depending on the direction from which you are coming!!


FROM AIRPORT, Birmingham or POINTS WEST
Take I-285 North to Exit 19 - Highway 41/Cobb Parkway. (This is the exit for Cumberland and Galleria Malls). Turn left onto 41/Cobb Parkway (heading north). Go under the overpass, through the traffic light and at the first right after the underpass, turn right. The street name is Circle 75 Parkway. The first high-rise on the right (after the Hampton Suites Hotel) is the 900 Building. We are on the 13th floor, Suite 1350.

FROM I-285 TOP END or 400 or NORCROSS HEADING WEST
Take I-285 West to Exit 20 (This is the exit for Highway 41/Cobb Parkway and for Interstate Highway 75). Follow the signs to Highway 41/Cobb Parkway. At bottom of exit ramp turn right onto Cobb Parkway. Go to next traffic light and turn right (this is Circle 75 Parkway). The first high-rise on the right (after the Hampton Suites Hotel) is the 900 Building. We are on the 13th floor, Suite 1350.

FROM I-75 HEADING NORTH or I-85 HEADING NORTH
Stay on I-75 when connector splits. Take exit 259B which is marked "I-285 West". Follow the signs to Cobb Parkway/Highway 41. Do not get on I-285 - Turn right off exit onto Cobb Parkway. Turn right at the first stop light (this is Circle 75 Parkway). The first high-rise on the right (after the Hampton Suites Hotel) is the 900 Building. We are on the 13th floor, Suite 1350.

FROM I-75 HEADING SOUTH
Take Exit 260/Windy Hill. Get in the middle exit lane and go straight. Cross over Windy Hill (this is Circle 75 Parkway). Stay on this road for about 1 mile. You will pass the 1100 Building and the 1000 Building. The 900 Building will be next on your left.  If you get to the Hampton Suites Hotel, you have gone too far. We are on the 13th floor, Suite 1350.

Directions to Atlanta INS office (map)

 

There are two locations for the Atlanta District Office is located on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, and Forsyth Street in the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building, only minutes away from Underground Atlanta and the Five Points MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) rail station in downtown Atlanta. 
 
   Directions:
By Car:   (exit numbers have changed - we will update soon)
From the North: take I-75/85 South, exit right at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive (Exit #), and follow to Forsyth Street. Turn left on Forsyth Street and the Atlanta District Office is located on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, and Forsyth Street in the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building.

From the South: take I-75/85 North to Exit # (Central Avenue/Fulton Street), follow Central Avenue to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, turn left, and continue to Forsyth Street. At Forsyth Street, turn left and the District Office is on your immediate right in the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building. 

From the East: take I-20 West to Exit # (Spring Street/Windsor Street) turn right onto Spring Street and follow Spring Street to Mitchell Street. At Mitchell Street, turn right, and go one block to Forsyth Street, the Atlanta District Office is one block on the left, at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Forsyth Street.

From the West: take I-20 East, Exit Spring Street, turn left and follow Spring Street to Mitchell Street. Turn right on Mitchell Street and go 1 block to Forsyth Street, turn left on Forsyth Street. The INS building is one block on the left at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Forsyth Street. 

Parking:
Parking is available across the street from the entrance of the INS building. Fees are $7.00 and up per day. A number of other lots may also be found on Forsyth Street, as well as Spring Street. Fees range from $2.50 to $3.50 per day depending on the location.

By Bus:
If you travel by MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority), get off at the FIVE POINTS STATION, exit on Forsyth Street and walk one block to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The Atlanta District Office is located at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Forsyth Street.

If you travel by BUS, take #13, #20, or #21, exit at Forsyth Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Depending on which route you use, these buses stop directly in front of, or across the street from the Atlanta District Office building. The fare is $1.50.

Accessibility for Individuals with Special Needs:
Special needs customers may use the Martin Luther King Jr. Drive entrance.

Directions to the Atlanta INS fingerprint location (map)

You must have an appointment letter from the INS to have your fingerprints made.
By regulation, fingerprint checks expire after fifteen months.  Therefore, the INS is currently trying to schedule fingerprint appointments within a year of the expected date for completion of an application.

The INS fingerprint office in Atlanta is located at 1255 Collier Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30318.  From the downtown connector (75/85) you will take the Howell Mill Road Exit.  Go right if you were headed North on the connector.  Go left if you were headed South.  Turn left from Howell Mill Road onto Collier Road, and look for the address.
